Context Clip 2: While following the men of General John Sullivan for the newspaper’s story, James stays behind to look at the damage caused by the army. At that point, a Native American comes upon James, who tries to justify the army’s actions. The Native American tells James that he can prove that it is not the Native Americans (the Mohawks) who are the savages.

Consider this Clip 2: Do you believe that what is told in this new story is truth compared to the General’s account?

Context Clip 3: Thayendanegea continues his story with James.

Consider this Clip 3: After Thayendanegea completed his story, did your perspective about the Native American’s actions change from when the General told it or did it stay the same? Why?
